Hi I'm Matt I'm ex-army I was in the army air core for six years, I have always liked fitness but this is where I really got the passion for keeping fit and pushing my body to the extreme.
I like extreme sports and not so extreme sports from golf to rock climbing and weightlifting. I have competed in Spartan races and tough mudder races and the odd dirty dozen race.
I started Matts Fitness and Nutrition in late 2016 at the same time I was doing my personal trainers qualification. I then decided to go and join with Herbalife and become a better body coach. within 5 months I was already a supervisor and helping people with there goals and now have a team below me. so Matts fitness was born.

Hi, I'm Jenny, 42 years old. I'm a qualified Personal Trainer, Sports Injuries Practitioner, Coach & Mentor, and Advanced Clinical Weight Loss Practitioner. Specialist in the application of nutrition biochemistry and eating psychology. To help overcome food addiction & lose weight more effortlessly.
As a youngster, I used to run and play hockey for the local borough and in my 20's I started to train and compete in Muay Thai Kickboxing. I gave this up in 2014, now I coach a little.
I have been actively personal training for the last 10/11 years and covered quite a lot with varied clients. Some being professional & amateur fighters, racing drivers, badminton players, and rugby players. After some research, I decided to join up with Herbalife to give my clients all possible options on their individual journey's. I thoroughly enjoy my work, helping people with their food choices, fitness goals and encouraging a healthier lifestyle.
