here you will find recipes that are easy to do and quick but most of all tasty 

Chilli avocado eggs

6 ingredients:

2 eggs, 1 slice of bread, half an avocado

2 tea spoons of vinegar, pinch of salt and Chilli flakes.

method:

put bread in toaster ,mash half the avocado with 1 teaspoon of vinegar and the chilli flakes

poach the two eggs (I used microwave method: boil the kettle put a quarter of a cup off boiled water in a mug. use the other tea spoon of vinegar and the pinch of salt stir well then crack one egg in the cup and microwave for about 80sec then remove)

cut toast in half spread on the avocado and place eggs on top done.

salmon wraps

5 ingredients:

2 wraps, sliced salmon, baby spinach,

a sauce (I used horseradish), cress.

method:

microwave your wraps for 15 sec open out and place the baby spinach in middle and lay the salmon on top then drizzle the horseradish on top (or your choice or sauce) fold up bottom then sides done.

Tuna Wraps

6 ingredients:

1 wrap, 1 tin of tuna, spring onion, baby spinach, carrot, a sauce (i used honey mustard)

 

Method:

chop your spring onion and slice your carrot. Microwave your wraps for 15sec open out and place the baby spinach, spring onion and carrot in the middle. Put half a tin of tuna into the wrap, then drizzle your sauce on top. Fold up the bottom, then sides.
